1. Who may use the platform

The platform is for adults only. By signing up you confirm you are at least 18.

By placing an order you confirm you own the promoted page or act on behalf of its owner.

2. What the platform does

Xfanscrow connects buyers and sellers and holds the payment in reserve until the result is accepted. The platform is not a party to the promotion agreement and does not guarantee subscribers, income or other results beyond what the order states.

OnlyFans subscriptions are paid only on the buyer’s confirmation or a permitted integration; an unverified conversion is never charged.

3. Money

All settlement is in USDT on the network shown on the deposit page. Minimum deposit is 50 USDT with no deposit fee. Minimum withdrawal is 100 USDT with a 5 USDT fee; the amount you receive is shown before you confirm.

Buyer and seller fees are shown separately and locked into the order at reservation. Rate changes never affect paid orders.

Blockchain transfers are irreversible. You are responsible for the address and network.

4. Acceptance and disputes

The buyer reviews work within the announced window. When it passes, a result that passed verification is accepted automatically.

Either party may open a dispute within the set period. Funds stay reserved until a moderator decides; the decision and its reason are logged.

5. Prohibited

Fulfilling your own orders or using linked accounts; bot engagement, buying accounts, sharing passwords; posting material without the owner’s consent or involving minors.

Violations lead to a ban. A ban is never an automatic irreversible penalty: it can be appealed.

6. Referral programme

A referrer receives a share of completed deals of the people they invited, at the rate and for the period shown on the Referrals page. The reward is paid from platform commission. Self-referrals and linked accounts do not count.
